Will of B. Lavoise (Bruno)


 

On the 29th day of March, A.D. 1876, the records of Tarrant County, Texas were destroyed by fire.

State of Texas

County of Tarrant

In the name of God, Amen; I, B. Lavoise of said county and State, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I have strength to do so, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others heretofore by me made.

First, I desire and direct that my body be buried in a descent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

Second, I desire and direct that after my death all of my just debt be paid out of my estate without delay, by my executor to be hereinafter appointed.

Third; It is my will and desire that all of the property, both real and personal and mixed, of which I may die sieged and possessed, subject to the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of probating and recording this will and other necessary court costs, shall pass to and rest in fee simple in my beloved wife, Telitha Lavoise, and after the payment of all my just debts and said expenses, I give, bequeath and devise to my said beloved wife, Telitha Lavoise, the remainder of all the property I may own or be interested in at the time of my death in fee simple to manage, sell or dispose of and use as she may see proper.

Fourth; I hereby constitute and appoint Telitha Lavoise, of Tarrant County, Texas, as executor of this, my last will and testament and direct that no bond be required of her.

Fifth; It is my will that no other action be had in the County Court in the administration of my estate than to probate this my will and to return an inventory and appraisement and list of claims of my estate.

In testimony whereof  I hereunto set my hand, this the 25th day of April, 1906.

The foregoing instrument was this day signed and published by B. Lavoise as his last will and testament in the presence of us, the attesting witnesses who hereto subscribe our names as witnesses in the presence of said B. Lavoise and at his special instance and request and in the presence of each other this the 25 day of April, 1906
